Lesson Terms and Cancellation Policy

Welcome to Rob Caswell Drums. To keep the beats flowing smoothly and ensure every student gets the most out of their time, I have outlined these simple terms.

How to Book & Payment

Booking is easy! You can block book numerous lessons or book individual lessons. Just reach out via email, phone, or text to secure your slot. All sessions must be paid for in advance of the day or on the day via bank transfer. I will send an invoice through once the session is booked. Please bear in mind the cancellation policy still applies if you block book and miss a session.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

I understand that life happens. If you provide more than 24 hours’ notice, I can happily reschedule or apply a credit to your next lesson. For sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, the full lesson fee applies to cover the reserved time and studio costs. This applies to booking individual sessions or block booking sessions.

Lateness & No-shows

Each session is dedicated solely to you. If you are running late, we will still finish at the scheduled time to respect the next student. If a student does not arrive and provides no notice, the session is forfeited and charged at the full rate.

What to Bring

I provide a professional acoustic kit and all necessary equipment. All you need to bring is yourself and perhaps your own drumsticks if you have a favourite pair.

Safeguarding & Behaviour

The studio is a safe, patient, and inclusive space. I am committed to a respectful environment for all, especially neurodiverse learners. I expect kindness and respect in return to ensure a positive creative experience. I have a fully certified DBS certificate.
